10-5Severe InjuryFractures, deep cuts, or heavy bleeding. Broken bones, large blood loss, requires urgent medical attention
4-2Major WoundCrushed limbs, severed body parts, or organ damage. Massive blood loss, limb unusable or lost, life threatening if untreated
1Catastrophic InjuryFatal wound, extreme gore, imminent death unless immediate medical care is given
